Apple App Store
For apps distributed through the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) applies and is incorporated by reference: Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The following terms and conditions apply in addition to the Standard EULA.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using the ABALANG application, you agree to comply with these terms. Our service is intended for users 13 years of age or older (or with parental consent).
2. Plans and Payment
- ABALANG may provide premium learning plans on an annually, monthly or weekly basis.
- In-app payments are processed via the respective app store.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You may manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings. Payments already processed for the current cycle are non-refundable, but you will retain access until the end of the period.
3. Intellectual Property
All lesson content, 3D imagery, cube models, and interactive technology are the property of Abalang, LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
ABALANG makes every effort to ensure stable service operation. However, we are not responsible for disruptions caused by network issues, internet connectivity, or factors beyond our control.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware (where applicable).

Đối với ứng dụng được phân phối qua Apple App Store, Điều khoản Cấp phép Sử dụng cuối dành cho Ứng dụng được Cấp phép của Apple (Standard EULA) có hiệu lực và được tham chiếu tại đây: Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Các điều khoản và điều kiện sau đây áp dụng bổ sung cho Standard EULA.
1. Chấp thuận điều khoản
Bằng việc đăng ký tài khoản và sử dụng ứng dụng ABALANG, bạn đồng ý tuân thủ các điều khoản này. Dịch vụ của chúng tôi chỉ dành cho người dùng từ 13 tuổi trở lên (hoặc có sự đồng ý của cha mẹ).
2. Gói cước và Thanh toán
- ABALANG có thể cung cấp các gói học tập có phí theo năm, tháng, hoặc tuần.
- Thanh toán trên ứng dụng di động được thực hiện qua cửa hàng ứng dụng tương ứng.
- Gói đăng ký sẽ tự động gia hạn trừ khi bạn hủy ít nhất 24 giờ trước khi kết thúc chu kỳ hiện tại.
- Bạn có thể quản lý và hủy gia hạn trong cài đặt tài khoản của cửa hàng ứng dụng. Phí đã thanh toán cho chu kỳ hiện tại sẽ không được hoàn lại, nhưng bạn sẽ tiếp tục có quyền truy cập cho đến hết chu kỳ.
3. Sở hữu trí tuệ
Toàn bộ nội dung bài học, hình ảnh 3D, mô hình hình khối và công nghệ tương tác thuộc quyền sở hữu của Abalang, LLC. Bạn không được phép sao chép, phân phối hoặc sử dụng lại nội dung cho mục đích thương mại khi chưa có sự đồng ý bằng văn bản.
4. Giới hạn trách nhiệm
ABALANG nỗ lực tối đa để đảm bảo dịch vụ hoạt động ổn định. Tuy nhiên, chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm cho các gián đoạn do sự cố mạng, kết nối internet hoặc các yếu tố khách quan ngoài tầm kiểm soát.
5. Luật áp dụng
Các điều khoản này được điều chỉnh và giải thích theo pháp luật của nước Hoa Kỳ (Tiểu bang Delaware).
