1. Information Collection

ABALANG (including the Abalang IELTS app) collects the following information to provide our learning services:

  • Account: Email address (sign-up and sign-in with email). We do not require a telephone number in Abalang IELTS.
  • Payment: Subscriptions are processed securely via the Apple App Store or Google Play (RevenueCat). We do not store your credit card details.
  • Learning data: Lesson progress, quiz results, vocabulary learned, in-app word search history, and interaction with 3D lessons.
  • User-generated content: Text transcripts from IELTS speaking practice and AI Tutor conversations — used for grading and learning feedback.
  • Technical data: Device type, app version, and similar information to operate and improve the service.

2. Microphone and Speech Recognition

The app may request Microphone and Speech Recognition permission for pronunciation practice and IELTS speaking. Audio is processed on your device (Apple/Google) into text; we do not upload raw audio recordings. Only text transcripts (and related AI feedback) may be stored on our servers.

3. Use of Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain your ABALANG learning account.
  • Authenticate sign-in with email and password (or email OTP when you request it).
  • Process in-app subscriptions and automatic renewals through the app store.
  • Personalize your study path, grade IELTS speaking, and power the AI Tutor.
  • Send service notifications if you enable them.
  • Comply with applicable US and international law when legally required.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for cross-app advertising tracking (no IDFA for ads).

4. Third-Party Processors

We use trusted providers to operate the service, including:

  • Supabase — account storage, learning progress, and content you submit through the app.
  • RevenueCat — subscription management via the App Store / Google Play.
  • Apple / Google — in-app purchases and (when enabled) on-device speech recognition.
  • AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Google) — processing AI Tutor chat text and speaking grading when you use those features.

These parties process data only to provide the service to you.

5. Data Security

Your data is stored on Supabase using industry-standard transport encryption (SSL/TLS). We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Your Rights

As a user, you have the right to:

  • Access and request a copy of your personal data.
  • Request correction or deletion of inaccurate information.

ABALANG (bao gồm ứng dụng Abalang IELTS) thu thập:

  • Tài khoản: Email (đăng ký/đăng nhập bằng email). Chúng tôi không yêu cầu số điện thoại trong Abalang IELTS.
  • Thanh toán: Qua App Store / Google Play (RevenueCat). Không lưu thẻ tín dụng.
  • Dữ liệu học tập: Tiến độ, kết quả kiểm tra, từ vựng, lịch sử tìm từ, tương tác 3D.
  • Nội dung người dùng: Transcript luyện Nói IELTS và hội thoại Thầy AI — để chấm bài và phản hồi.
  • Dữ liệu kỹ thuật: Loại thiết bị, phiên bản app.

2. Micro và nhận diện giọng nói

App có thể xin quyền Micro và Nhận diện giọng nói. Âm thanh xử lý trên thiết bị thành văn bản; không tải file ghi âm thô lên server. Chỉ transcript (và phản hồi AI) có thể được lưu.

3. Sử dụng thông tin

  • Vận hành tài khoản học tập.
  • Xác thực bằng email/mật khẩu (hoặc OTP email).
  • Gói đăng ký và gia hạn qua cửa hàng ứng dụng.
  • Cá nhân hóa lộ trình, chấm Nói IELTS, Thầy AI.
  • Thông báo dịch vụ (nếu bật).
  • Tuân thủ pháp luật khi có yêu cầu hợp pháp.

Không bán dữ liệu; không theo dõi quảng cáo xuyên app (không IDFA quảng cáo).

4. Bên thứ ba

Supabase, RevenueCat, Apple/Google, nhà cung cấp AI (OpenAI, Google) — chỉ để vận hành dịch vụ.

5. Bảo mật

Lưu trữ Supabase, mã hóa SSL/TLS. Không bán/chia sẻ cho tiếp thị.

6. Quyền của bạn

Truy cập, sửa, xóa dữ liệu; hủy tài khoản trong app hoặc qua [email protected].
